What Does This Warranty Cover?

This limited lifetime warranty ("Warranty") covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship found in Gritily wedding bands/rings, wallets, accessories, wearables, and items acquired from Gritily.com, Gritily's official Amazon listings, or an authorized Gritily retailer or partner ("Covered Items").

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

Excluded from this warranty are lost or stolen wedding bands/rings, wallets, accessories, wearables, or items purchased from Gritily.com. Additionally, damages resulting from normal wear and tear or causes other than defects in material or craftsmanship are not covered. Items bought from re-sellers or unauthorized retailers are not eligible for warranty coverage. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty, subject to state-specific regulations.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

This warranty remains in effect for the duration of your ownership of the covered item(s).

How Do You Submit a Warranty Claim?

To qualify for a replacement under this warranty, submit a claim through the warranty claim process on the Gritily website at protect.gritily.com. If the covered item(s) were obtained from a Gritily authorized retailer or partner, proof of purchase may be necessary for the claim. Additionally, photographic evidence of the claimed damage is likely to be requested.

What Will Gritily Do?

Upon receiving your warranty claim, Gritily will conduct a thorough evaluation. If it is determined that the damage to your covered item(s) results from a defect in materials or craftsmanship, Gritily will replace the item at no expense to you. The replacement will match the style and color of the original, provided supplies are available. In cases where the original style is no longer in stock or has been discontinued, a comparable item will be offered.

No shipping and handling fees or processing fees are required to submit or fulfill your warranty claim.
