How does our 'Gritily Guarantee' Lifetime Replacement Program work?
If your wallet or wedding band takes a beating, don't sweat it. Lose them? No problem. Even if your ring no longer fits, we've got you covered with our 'Gritily Guarantee.' Just visit the Gritily Lifetime Replacement Program at guarantee.gritily.com. Proof of purchase and photos of the damage may be required.
There is a small processing fee for each replacement and you will need to submit a proof of purchase. These processing fees are subject to change at Gritily’s discretion. The current processing fees at the time you submit your item for replacement will apply regardless of the date you purchased your item.

What does the program cover?
The 'Gritily Guarantee' Lifetime Replacement Program covers damaged or lost wallets or wedding bands, purchased from Gritily.com, Gritily official Amazon listings or other Gritily authorized retailers or partners.
What items are not covered by the program?
This replacement program does not cover apparel, accessories or complimentary products received through promotional activity. Items purchased from re-sellers or unauthorized retailers are not covered by the replacement program.
Are There Limits to the Number of Replacements Under the Program?
You may only obtain two replacements of the same purchased item within the two years after purchase, so long as your originally purchased item is still available. If your originally purchased item is sold out or has been discontinued, you will be offered another item of similar or reasonably equivalent style as identified by Gritily.
